Your Vacation Game Plan Starts Here.
Hi, I’m Jaime, a professional travel advisor and owner of The Vacation Game Plan, an independent contractor of Atlas Coast Travel Group. I’ve loved travel, the ocean, and all things Disney for as long as I can remember. What started as a personal love of travel eventually turned into a career I absolutely love. I’m also an Accredited Cruise Counselor (ACC), a professional designation that reflects my specialized knowledge and experience in cruise travel. In addition to helping clients plan their vacations, I serve as Supplier Operations Manager with Atlas Coast Travel Group, where I help vet and set up new suppliers, handle supplier registrations, keep our Supplier Directory up to date, and help advisors sort out any supplier issues that come up. As a travel advisor, I specialize in cruises (including groups), all-inclusive resorts, Disney destinations, Universal Studios, and European tours. I also have extensive experience traveling with family members with special needs and using mobility devices, so I understand that sometimes the little details can make a BIG difference in how enjoyable a vacation actually is. My goal is to take the overwhelm out of planning, help you find the vacation that fits your family, and make sure you feel confident about the trip before you ever leave home. I have bachelor's degrees in Applied Leadership and English, along with master's degrees in Healthcare Administration and Leadership & Ethics in Higher Education. I'm a fiction editor by trade, a travel advisor by passion, and someone who genuinely loves helping people figure out the best way to get from "We really need a vacation" to "That was exactly what we needed." Travel Smarter. Stress Less. That's the whole idea behind The Vacation Game Plan.

Why travelers come back
Jaime Ryter is an outstanding vacation planner. She was easy to reach and communicate with, listened to all of our ideas, and presented excellent excursions, hotels, transportation, and dining options. She made the unknown feel possible and enjoyable. Her thoughtful touches and organized planning left no doubt about what we would do each day — and how much fun we would have. We truly enjoyed every step of planning our vacation. And because her preparation was so well executed, we enjoyed every moment of the trip itself.
“Jaime went above and beyond planning our trip to Secrets Playa Blanca. She helped us choose the perfect resort and room, and every detail was handled seamlessly. Her communication was exceptional, and we truly felt like VIPs the entire time. It was the most relaxing, worry-free vacation we’ve ever had.”
“For our first cruise to Alaska, Jaime handled everything—flights, hotel in Vancouver, upgraded stateroom, and expert guidance every step of the way. She was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience seamless. We’ll never travel without her again.”
